Have A++ eco house with solar panels massively insulated. 5 tea light candle can and do heat the house. We have an Eddi which takes excess solar not used and heats the hot water tank. We have a Zappi which does the same to charge my Tesla....so why have we gone from £72 a month for gas and electricity combined to £326 a month can someone explain !!!
You say you can earn rewards for taking photos of chargers we use then don't provide a way of entering them to gain the rewards. You can't tell us how to gain back the rewards after hours on the phone. Your own staff hang up and say they don't the products or charges. Octopus and Scottish power both said i should only be paying up to £193 a month worse case.
I pay £27 to receive 700 miles EV charge my Tesla does 128 miles on your theoretical "700" miles charge ??? Definitely miss selling that one.
