I'm on the 7PPKwh VW group deal yet they still put my home charging up to the 14PPKwh tariff. Several hours on the phone and they tell me it's an App issue and I'll get the money back in two parts, I seriously doubt they know what they are doing.
Very poor phone support and general customer service! Not at all happy.
