OVO Disgraceful Treatment of Loyal Customers

OVO’s decision to double the cost of charge anytime to pay as you go is a disgrace. Clearly profiteering and abuse of customer loyalty. Having participated in your recent eco surveys and monitoring I can now see you used this, not for customer benefit, but to screw your loyal customers. Hang your heads in shame, trying to tie loyal customers to crappy monthly contracts that just don’t meet customers needs. As soon as Octopus are able to recognise my car and charger, I’m off. Very disappointed in OVO customer treatment.
