OVO charging cost.

I am thinking about changing supplier following the increase in rate for EV charging on OVO. Why do they not offer a cheaper rate (7.7p) for overnight charging? I can understand the 14p rate for daytime charging, but it is excessive compared to other suppliers for overnight charging. A daft move for those of us who always charge overnight.
