I have been with ovo many years and was a loyal customer. I am leaving and won’t be back this is a terrible kick in the teeth for your loyal customers. Quietly doubling the tariff whilst not informing customers is extremely sharp practice. I stayed with ovo for the customer service that has got worst and worst over recent months. This is a lesson how to provide bad customer service and lose loyal customers.
