Not been registering car charging in new app for over a month and have charged car 3 times . Not answering on helpline , chat bit sends you round in circles . Sent an email on Monday , had a call yesterday saying they were the correct department to help but had seen the email and could put me through to that department but would be on hold ? I don’t have hours to be on hold hence why I sent a email. Had no problems at all on the old app. I’m also now on a 1 year fixed tariff . The old app worked no problem .

Biggest load of crap, car been on charge for 2 days not a single kWh added. This is the second time this useless app has not worked. Previous app worked. IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT
