In spite of trying to add them neither car is showing in the devices. How am I supposed to know if my car is charging? Ovo and my bmw app do not sync and override settings so I have no control about if my car charges or not

I had similar problems until I made sure the car charging timers were switched off. I then let the app decide on charging the car unless I want a quick charge then I once again use the charger on plug in.
However it’s best if you get into the routine of plugging the car in every time you come home especially if you have a hybrid like I have with limited mileage storage.
