you do £30 card pre authorisation on each time trying to charge my vehicle, you see I am driving in London and I stop at multiple location in same day during my day work, and I always use source of London charging point to top up my vehicle battery so i pay for charging instead paying for parking. but with your £30 pre authorisation charge for each time using your app to activatethe sourceof london charging points , I ended up having £30 pre authorisation on my card a couple of times on the same day the total of £60 still under money transaction pending in my account and that since 29th August and it's probably it will take 5 working days until the £60 released into available balance in my account. so imagine if I used your charging app service on the same day more than 2 times ? I will end up having over a hundred pounds on hold in my bank account for each day using your app service. so I think that's not right, and as long I signed up for membership with you , I shouldn't charge £30 per authorisation, and you should either charge my card for only the electric charging cost after I unplugged my vehicle for the charging station point or do monthly invoice and take the money from my bank card.
