Most of the apps on my phone that require security give me the alternative of finger print or face recognition. I'm getting rather fed up with this app asking me to, in effect, partially set up my account again and having to type in a code that you send to my phone. Please modernise and think up something better than the current signin

Hey SteveTupper, thanks for flagging this, could you tell me what kind of mobile phone you're using (Apple, Samsung etc) and what version of the Bonnet app your using?

Hi there. I now use an OnePlus Open, having previously used Samsung S21 Ultra. The problem has happened on both. The current App Version is 2.20.0

Thanks Steve, couple of questions:
- Could you confirm your sign-in credentials (email or phone number)? Just so I can take a closer look for you.
- Do you often try and open the app when you have no internet connector or potentially a poor connection?
