Feedback on Signing-Up or Signing-In

Everything was fine with my Ohme charger and ovo. Now I haven’t got a clue whether I’m connected correctly to my charger.
What I do know is that I’m being charged the standard rate for charging my EV.
I’ve also been duped into thinking I need to be paying the £8.00 /month for the charge anywhere service. To add insult to injury I’m now being forced to choose either doubling my charge cost from 7p/kwh to 14p/kWh. Also I have to choose from a selection of monthly subscriptions.
What a mess.
Seriously thinking of moving my dual fuel account to OCTOPUS Energy.
