Feedback on Charging

Hi, I used a Fastned charger and enabled the charging session with the Ovo app. The app experience was poor and confusing so I may have done things in the wrong order — the session failed to start the first time but succeeded the second time, charging started although the app was still trying to communicate. I didn’t use any other form of authentication or payment.

So it half worked but not the experience we need if we’re going to use Ovo for public chargers, it was quite poor.
