Yet again the car has not changed, this is now 7 times, Ovo never even replied when I contacted them last time,

We keep having same issues. App is unreliable & ovo always blame wifi connection when it's the app that's the problem. We keep getting charged an 'urgent charge'when we are on a monthly plan. Infuriating
