Hi I tried many times to charge yesterday using charging points 1 & 2 but all attempts failed so please can you issue me a credit for non charge. Any reason for non connection?

Hey Mark, I'm sorry to hear it. I know it's not the answer you want to hear but unfortunately there are still times when charges won't start - this can be due to a number of reasons (hardware, software, operator tech, our tech) but it's often hard to know exactly what has gone wrong.
I do want to take a closer look for you, can you let me know the exact address/ operator name of the location in question?
