Feedback on Charging

The app gives me no confidence when I want to urgently charge my vehicle. I will plug the car in, immediately it will go to planned charging and pause, but it will not immediately allow me to override and do an urgent charge. Sometimes this option isn’t shown and the information I have found suggested to remove the cable for 15 minutes. I need an urgent charge, otherwise what is the point of it?

What can you do to fix it? Before I used the Ohme app without an issue, it was responsive and changed when I wanted. The OVO app needs improving
