Although I have connected my vehicle with the new OVO charging App, but it does not actually shows when the car is charging. So, my vehicle charging are being billed as with other household billings. The New App does not recognise the vehicle charging. So not working!
I was on the phone queue with Indra today 31/12/2025 for 3 hours 9mins, when I became the second on the queue, from 24, the phone line was turned off by Indra representative.
How sad!! 3hrs 9mins of my New Year’s Eve wasted waiting for Indra to address charging App that don’t work. Meanwhile, the previous App was working perfectly until OVO decided to change it. Now the supposed new App don’t work!
My disappointment is that OVO should noticed that my itemised bill is now missing vehicle charging discount, they will rather pretend to not understand there is a discount missing, instead they carry on charging me full household billing for vehicle charging that’s supposed to be discounted. What a shame! What a scam!
If this App issue is not resolved in the coming days, I am switching energy company. Rip off!!
