Suddenly not receiving charging slots

The app is not sending the schedule to the Hypervolt pro 3 charger so it’s not activating the charging cycle all of a sudden. Considering I am paying double other providers I did expect to have this type of issue. If there is not a fix for this I will be leaving. Yesterday it started the charge overnight then just stopped leaving me short 30%. Not good enough
