Not showing as connected to charge

Since moving from old app to this it keeps saying 'plug in EV to charge' etc. The car is sending a signal as it shows battery percentage and miles but not registering the car is charging

Same here with an Enyaq. Even when I do manage to convince it to charge it doesn't even make it to 80% overnight, but used to work fine with the old app.
Fortunately OVO have changed the rates for charge anytime, giving the option to cancel my fixed rate and move to octopus instead.

I have the same issue with my VW ID.3 'plug in EV to charge...'. The EV is plugged in and charges up but I can't determine whether it has smart-charged (7p rate) or used full price unit rate (22p on my tariff). Also noticed the app has been updated and has erroneous ly 'lost' a setting and seems to be set in immediate charge mode.
