The car shows in the app and the battery percentage is increasing but tells me car isn't plugged in so won't control the charge. Not sure which is worse the app or the customer services

Same thing here. App doesn't show any charge information but battery percentage increasing. Same on both samsung phone and ipad. Electricity will no doubt be charged at normal rate. This has been the case since app updated on 1st April . Call to customer service has not solved to problem.
