Not charging to requested amount

This is the 4th time trying to get answers on this issue. When requesting any charge - the app fails to charge to the requested amount in the correct time. Even giving over 12+ hours notice. Eg 80% by 8am - car plugged in at 5pm. With a charge of 20%. Tried this with 2 EVs and 2 phones with the same results. Ignoring the price hike this is bad service and with no replies to 3 emails it just gets worse. Add in the price hike and now charge anytime is not fit for purpose. Poor customer service and a poor app.

This is the second time I’ve plugged my car in to charge by 7am in the morning as I need to go somewhere and once again zero charge!!!

I'm exactly the same. Only logical explanation is OVO wanting us to go outwith off peak charging to maximise their profits.
