Not charging off peak overnight

Plugged in overnight last night and previous night but car did not charge ready for the morning has it has done so previously without any need to prompt it in Ovo app. After second evening of no charge I have gone on the app and overriding off peak charge to charge now and agreed high tariff. Why is it not charging automatically overnight during off peak hours? Do I need to go in the Ovo charge app and prompt every time to charge?

Same happened to me three times already over the past few weeks. Almost no charge overnight. Please fix ASAP.
