Yet again the charger has stoped charging. Scince the app was updated the charger has stoped working, this happens every time the app is updated. I’ve tried all the normal fixes but nothing works. I get everything from, the charger lights are showing it charging but the app says it isn’t (it isn’t by the way) the appp said there is a schedule running, the car says a schedule can not be set whilst smart charge is active. I have had this issue now multiple times since the charger was installed, usually after every time the app is updated. As an experiance Systems Engineer if I encountered these continuous issues on my products I would be rejecting them as not fit for purpose. I am struggling to see how the app/charger combination is anything but.
