I don’t receive any notifications once charge completed! I got the option on APP so at the end I paid more…

My car didn’t charge at all last night -today is 29 March. It was plugged in to the Indra charger from 5.30pm 28/3 until 7:23pm 29/3. I got the stats from the Indra app. I would like an explanation. As to why my tiny battery about 7.5 kWh couldn’t be charged win 24+ hours.
