Got our 1st EV. New evec charger installed and connected to OVO app. 1st 2 charges went okay then suddenly the app won't update or connect to charger. Hubby spent all weekend trying to sort it & getting stressed thinking it was something he done wrong with the app then saw all the problems other people were having. Been an OVO customer for years but will be leaving to go to another/cheaper supplier. Not impressed OVO get your act together
