New App doesn’t reliably charge to the level you want it to

Am finding the new app harder to work with than its predecessor. The latest issue was not charging to the set level despite having plenty time. I plugged it in at 16.30 to charge 30kW through our 3-pin plug trickle charger, finishing at 8.30 the next morning. But it seemed to stop at 4.30am just over half way though the charge. It was still claiming at 7.30am that it was going to make it, but obviously that was impossible, so I had to resort to an urgent charge. Why didn’t it do what it was supposed to do?
