I am sick of constant charge limit of 50%

Using charge anytime my Mercedes 2026 CLA constantly reverts to max 50% charge limit. After examination by Mercedes they state that the car is not at fault. Ghey say it is a well known third party “ENODE backend” issue used by some energy suppliers. I do not know what this means or if they are correct. I have read that if “charge anytime” account is deleted using full price electricity this can be rectified.
Please sort this out quickly or you will lose a customer!
