Hypervolt controlled by OVO

While conducting a smart charge controlled by OVO, the Hypervolt charging app reports a 10+ kilowatt hour charging rate while the charger is only rated at 7.4 kWh. This is clearly wrong or the charger is being overdriven. Please can OVO and Hypervolt work together to resolve this Worrying issue.
