Feedback on Charging

I would also like to provide some feedback about this issue with the OVO Charge app.
My Geely EX2 is now showing as an available vehicle in the OVO Charge app, which initially made me believe that the vehicle was supported by Charge Anytime and could be connected for home charging.
However, after adding the vehicle, I found that it is not actually supported for Charge Anytime. I think this is quite confusing because the app allows the Geely EX2 to be added, but it does not clearly explain that it cannot be used for Charge Anytime at home.
As the Geely EX2 is a new model that was launched in the UK in August 2026, I would also expect the app to make the compatibility status clearer for customers who have recently purchased the vehicle.
It would be much better if the app clearly showed something such as “Vehicle available for public charging only – not currently compatible with Charge Anytime” when adding an unsupported vehicle. This would prevent customers from thinking that the vehicle has been successfully connected and is eligible for the 14p/kWh Charge Anytime rate.
I hope OVO can consider improving this part of the app and also let customers know when new vehicles such as the Geely EX2 become compatible with Charge Anytime.
