Failure to reach target on Smart charge.

On two occasions a smart charge has partially completed with an error flagged on the car app. The car is an Audi Q4 etron and the charger is a MyEnergi Zappi.
On the first occasion I disconnected the Zappi when I realised the target had not been achieved, re-connected it and started an urgent charge via OVO Charge. It completed successfully.

Try moving the green slider to 100%

I didn't want 100%. I wanted to charge to 80% from 28%. Got to 55% during the course of the evening but stopped at that. There was an error message the car app along the lines of charging stopped due to error". Doesn't really tell me much.
