I received an email today informing me that I need to pay at least £28 per month to charge my EV or double my charging costs to 14 ppkwh. The change apparently comes into effect in 6 days time so no chance I'll be able to select another supplier before this happens. I appreciate this could be a great deal for someone who uses public charging a lot but I rarely do this and you have just doubled the cost of using my car. I will be switching as soon as possible and I'm pretty sure most of the friends I recommended your services to will do the same. Really not something I needed in my busy life right now

Same for me. Doubling the cost of charging my car when the competition remains at 7p is commercial suicide. We’re off to Octopus!
