congrats to the genius at OVO that thought doubling the cost is a good idea when all competitors still charge half the price. I’m sure that will help boost the end of year bonus for the CEO but when all customers move to a cheaper and more honest supplier they will complain that they went bust because of the economy

Totally agree , first they change app so my Ohme Pro charger they recommended won’t connect to it , then they change to yet another app version and now they try to force me to pay up front for car charge electricity. This includes allowance for public charging which I don’t use, and to cap it all any miles I don’t use, I can’t carry over. It’s like they don’t want me as a customer.Im looking at Octopus who seem to value their customers. I thought Dick Turpin was dead, but seems he’s running OVO . They don’t know the meaning of service and certainly don’t understand their customers, it’s all about profit and greedflation .
