Doesn’t show any charging

The app connects to my RAV4, and is able to cause it to be charged on the schedule in the app, but doesn’t record that charging within the app. It shows me no charging has taken place since early August! So at the moment it appears that I’m getting NO benefit from your service, unlike before when I was. RAV4 PHEV.
