Feedback on Charging

Absolute joke.
Thanks to OVOs corporate greed and moving from a perfectly functioning app to this new piece of crap.
I have been unable to attain ny desired level of charge having left my car plugged in for 2 consecutive nights. So have now had to do an urgent charge in the middle of the day to ensure I can go on a long journey on Monday morning as I have so little confidence I want to leave the option of having to go and charge publicly!
I will certainly be weighing up my options of remaining an OVO customer
