Feedback on Charging

I've mistakenly thought the "Charge" word in the tagline referred to charging the car, but now realise it refers to OVO charging us for electricity they don't actually deliver. Yet again I have woken up and the car has charged briefly and then stopped. So far, having had the charger for 3 weeks, they have delivered 1 hour of charge through the schedule. Yet again, I am having to "urgent charge" the car, at an additional "Charge" over the tariff kWhs that I am already "Charged" for and don't use. People using other suppliers don't have this problem. I am very disappointed after being "Charged" thousands to get the EV charger through OVO. My advice - switch suppliers - OVO is not up to the task, this is what I will be doing.
