Cannot charge to 100% consistently

My car has an LFP battery and it needs to be charged to 100% once per week to calibrate and balance the load on the cells. I can only set the limit as a range between 90-100 and it never reaches 100% it always stops at 99. Unfortunately I need to cancel this service. I would enable it again if and option is added to charge to a specific amount
