App doesn’t record charging

The new app says that my car is properly added (RAV4, three pin plug) but it doesn’t record ANY charging (and isn’t controlling any charging either). Up until early August 2025 this was working perfectly. Since then it hasn’t worked. Your email support hasn’t been any help (and has any a two week turn around time).
So I’m being charged full whack all the time.
Please fix this!
