Please sort out this shocking app!
4 times I’ve had to cancel clients as I’ve plugged in overnight, and woke up in the morning to find the car hasn’t charged (even though I’ve done everything right!)
And then you have the cheek to charge me when the only way I can charge it quickly to get to work is use the ‘urgent charging’
Sometimes it feels like a scam just to get more money from me!
