Problems at Ionity

On two occasions now I have tried Ionity at Lancaster and I can't get it to work via the app so I'm just wasting £2 per month. The chargers worked fine on the Ionity appbut 10% dearer. The OVO app is out of date because the charger next to me had finished and the driver had left but it was not showing available and last used a month ago?
